DO YOU OWN A BUSINESS? BECOME A PAINT PARTY VENUE!

Why should you host a Paint Party in your establishment? Paint Parties are an opportunity for your customers to have a social outing with their friends while creating a painting from start to finish. Paint Parties have taken the nation by storm, and many of these events are hosted by local bars, restaurant, and businesses. It's a great way for  people to unleash their creativity in a safe and supportive way while enjoying a fun atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to eat, drink, and socialize, which in turn creates a memorable experience. This makes paint parties a win-win for both guests and venues.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

DESIGN

We'll work with you to schedule a date and time for your event, and help you choose a trendy design for your customers to paint. We have over 500 designs available, and can also create a custom or branded design for a small fee.

ADVERTISING

We advertise your event for free! Once your Paint Party is scheduled, an event page will be set up here on the Brushed Designs website where customers will register. We also create a public Facebook event, and can add your business as a co-host. Then we advertise through social media, local community pages, and email newsletters, all while tagging and sharing your business information.

SCHEDULE

Our Paint Parties run approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We arrive at least an hour before the event to set up the space, and need an additional 30-45 minutes after the event ends for clean-up.

WHAT SHOULD YOU PROVIDE?

As the hosting venue, you'll need to provide a few things for a successful paint party:

 

  • Tables and chairs. Banquet-style tables are best, but any tables with separate chairs will work.

 

  • A private room or separate space is ideal. We use a microphone to deliver instruction, which may disturb other venue customers. Additional noise from regular business may also interfere with the paint party.

 

  • We ask that you have appropriate lighting for the event, so guests can see their painting well. We can bring in additional lighting if needed.

PRICING

THERE IS NO COST TO YOU FOR HOSTING A PAINT PARTY IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT

 

Pricing for attendees starts at $38, and we handle registrations and payments. If you are a venue that offers food and drinks for sale, guests can order directly from your establishment on the night of the event, or a food and drink cost can be added to ticket pricing.
